He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lipar and Dorothy Lipar; his brother Bill Lipar; and his parents-in-law, Miriam Hopkins and Harold Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Jason Lipar and Jackie Lipar; his granddaughter Aislinn; and his siblings, Tom Lipar (Melanie) and Deb Mako (Vince). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
