He was predeceased by: his mother Savila Ida Burns (Pitcher); and his siblings, Roger Burns and Rhonda Burns. He is survived by: his father Dale Eugene Burns; his sisters, Robin Burns and Renee Burns; his siblings' children, Jeremy Burns (Missy), Kelly Ruppert (Terry) and Shanna Eckert; and his cousin Scott Burns. He is also survived by Seven great nephews; one great niece; one great great niece.
