Susan Kaye Rice Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 7, 2026, at the age of 65, Susan Kaye Rice of Remus, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Susan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Wernette and Jeanne Wernette; and her brother Craig Wernette. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Kyle Rice (Natalie) and Mitchell Rice; her grandchildren, Grant Charles and Delilah Ann Rice; her brother Eric Wernette; and her sister-in-law Diane Wernette. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
