He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Juchemich; his uncle Keith Perry; his aunt Diane Perry; his cousins, Rachael Verbist (Tom Voelske) and Ryan Willey; and his friend Jim. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous other cousins.
