She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Shimmons and LaVern Shimmons (Wynne); her husband Carl; and her siblings, Daryl Shimmons, Yvonne Davis and Leone Ford.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Beimer (Cheryl) of Richland and James Beimer (Miriam) of Richland; her grandchildren, Nicholas Beimer (Jane), Chad Beimer (Stacy) and Katelyn Segur (Grant); and her great grandchildren, Paige Beimer, Mara Beimer, Hazel Segur, James Beimer and Max Segur. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
