He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Otto and Joyce Otto; his brothers, Gary, Steve and Don Otto; and his grandson Quinton Otto.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Otto (Clancy); his children, Stacey Sewell (Bryan), Timothy Otto, Chelsey Carpenter (Matt) and Kyle Otto (Tatiana); and his grandchildren, Logan Otto (Kelsey), Austin Spaeth (Gillian), Addison Sewell, Cassity Otto, Emory Carpenter, Cam Carpenter and Lake Otto. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
