He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Millard and Maude Millard; his wife Rose Millard; and his son Thomas Millard. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Gibney (Patrick) of Hilton Head, SC and Sandy Wallace of Richland, MI; and his grandchildren, Tommy Gibney, Hilary Gibney and Niki Gibney (Jordan Reisman). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
