She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Slavick. She is survived by: her mother Jo Ann Slavick (Clor); her husband Erik Andersen; and her siblings, Natalie Buda (Mike) and Eric Slavick (Kim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
