We announce the death of Brian Nelson Krake of Richmond, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 72. Brian will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Krake and Marion Skibba (Wilfred). He is survived by: his sister Karen Brown (Rick) of Litchfield; and his cousin Barb Rodgers (Harold) of Granger. He is also survived by other siblings and cousins, and his growing family.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Grace Memorial-Kaatz Chapel (71235 Memphis Ridge Rd, Richmond, MI 48062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church of Richmond, Michigan, or to Lake Ann Camp.
