She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Berkey and Doris Berkey; her son Darrin; and her sister Vicky. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Fordt; her sons, Vincent Fordt (Patricia) and Scott (Collene); her grandchildren, Heather (Brian), Brent (Heather Jean), Shelby (Brett), Justain (Stacy), Ryan (Karie), Zachary (Dakota) and Lucas (Breanna); her great grandchildren, Arianna, Kendall, Alexa, Brooklyn, Corbyn, Blakely, Garret, Riley, Henry, Harper and Elsie; and her siblings, Lyle and Janet.
Memorials are suggested to St. Paul's Cemetery Fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
