Robert Charles Hartway Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Charles Hartway of Richmond, Michigan, who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hartway and Ella Hartway (Osterland); his wife Joyce Hartway; his siblings, Lorraine Schultz (William) and Carl Hartway (Bernice); and his in-laws, Edward Fistler (Katherine), Isabel Willing (John), Marvin Fistler (Dorothy) and Norman Fistler (Beverly).

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Tousignant (David); his grandson Hunter Tousignant (Hailey); his child Debbi Williams; his grandchildren, Brittany Bordley (Robert) and Kelsey Williams; and his brother-in-law Richard Fistler (Virginia). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
