He was predeceased by: his parents, German and Max; his son Jeffrey; his wife Geneva Irene Gallaher; his son-in-law David Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, Nathan Kirkpatrick and Katie Kirkpatrick Godwin; and his siblings, Nicolas, John (Alma), Wendell (Leona), Tony (Emma), Max (Norma), Frank, Rudy (Anita) and Anne Krieger (Otto).
He is survived by: his children, Nick, Geneva, Niki Frost (Mark) of Lake Orion, MI and Dawn Neveau (Jack) of Greenfield, IN; his grandchildren, Sara Nelms (Kevin) and Jonathan Neveau (Kristy); his great grandchildren, Jake, Hayley-Kate, Sadielyn, Jaclyn and Vennessa; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava and Bashlin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Kirkpatrick/Schafsnitz Scholarship Fund at Rochester University.
