He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wegner and Jeannette Wegner (Overmire); and his in-laws, Charles Monroe, William and Beulah Mader.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Monroe; his daughters, Carolle Atkinson, Allison Ade (Stephen) and Stephanie Avery (Brian); his siblings, David Wegner (Terry), Norma Jean Lehoczky (Ken) and Paul Wegner (Karen); and his brother-in-law Douglas Monroe (Cindy).
