He is survived by: his children, Tammy Van Fleet and Joseph Van Fleet; his grandchildren, Jayme Fulmerhouser (Gary Wilson), Dillon Cook, Javen Van Fleet and Alex Van Fleet; his great grandchildren, Damian Chinavare, Miya Walker, Cameran Wilson and Konner Wilson; and his brother Dennis Van Fleet (Tara).
