He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eunice Strickrodt; his stepdaughter Kimberly VanOrder (Roger) of Jackson, MI.; his grandchildren, Hannah Townsend of Bakersfield, CA., Travis VanOrder of Traverse City, MI., Michael Townsend of Bakersfield, CA, Kayla Wright (Thomas) of Homer, MI., Joshua Townsend of Bakersfield, CA., Sevannah Spencer (Joseph) of Jackson, MI., Kolton Townsend Ives of Jackson, MI. and Issabella Townsend of Concord, MI.; his great grandchild Ian; his grandchildren, Axel, Bella and Patrick; and his sister Sandra Kay Sherman. He is also survived by many loving In-Laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
