She was predeceased by: her parents, Burdett Drumm and Luella Drumm; her husband James Kramer; her sons, Jamie Kramer (Ellie) and Jimmie Kramer (Cindy Kramer Quinn); and her siblings, Paul Drumm (Frances) and Kay Skelton (Jay).

She is survived by: her son Joe; her children-in-law, Chris Kramer and Janie (Keith Ferrier); her grandchildren, Travis Darling, Josh Ferrier (April), Nick Kramer (Gianna), Kathy Kramer (Travis Cruth), Amanda Kramer (Kyle Newman), Angela Kramer, Mindy Van Dyke, Justin Kramer, Jennifer Hewer and Jon Kramer; and her great grandchildren, Shayna, Jenna, Felicity, Case, Flora, Raquel, Parker, Reese, Jayce, Cameron, Dylan and Jacob.

In her later years, Jean continued giving to others by volunteering at RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program).
