He was predeceased by: his child Burke Dale; and his mother Louise. He is survived by: his children, Bradley, Bailey and Brett; his father Edward; his former wife Brenda; and his siblings, Melinda Carlson Derby (Todd), Karen Carlson Sibilla (Tim), Amy Janik (Stan), Jeff Baker (Ashley) and Steve Wright. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
