He is survived by: his children, Carrie Slominski (Don) and Jeff York; his grandsons, Trey Slominski (Alexa) and Jake Slominski (Callie); his great grandchildren, Remi, Drew and Blake; his brothers, John York (Marlene) and Jim York (Debbie); and his close friend Heidi Bruckler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
