He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Elizabeth Hart (LaFurge); his son Travis Craig Hart; his brothers, David and Doyle Hart; and his father-in-law Wilbert L. Miner.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne Marie Miner; his daughter Lisa Marie Hall (Kevin); his grandchildren, Madyson, Chassity, Taylor, Shaylee, Alyssa, Jase and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Bryor and Brenner; his sisters, Sherry McReynolds, Lori Gingiloski, Gail Hart and Candy Ross; and his mother-in-law Virginia Miner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in honor of his granddaughter Shaylee.
