He is survived by: his girlfriend Rebecca Lea Young; his children, Susette Miller (Randall), Jeffry Zolkower (Roseanna) and Michael Zolkower; his grandchildren, Eric Zolkower, Christopher Zolkower (Lauren) and Elisabeth Miller (Connor Ullmann); and his great grandchildren, Decon, Shelby, Dohavon, Jack, Lena and Dylan.
