He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kolar and Elizabeth Kolar (Susala). He is survived by: his siblings, Christopher Kolar (Sue), James Kolar (Michelle) and Dawn Onilion (Jerry); and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Leah and Lindsay.
