He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kolar and Elizabeth Kolar (Susala). He is survived by: his siblings, Christopher Kolar (Sue), James Kolar (Michelle) and Dawn Onilion (Jerry); and his siblings' children, Steven, Leah and Lindsay.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Christler Funeral Home- Houghton Lake Chapel (6651 W Houghton Lake Dr, Houghton Lake, MI 48629). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Lake Township Cemetery (1476 Michelson Rd, Houghton Lake, MI 48629).
