He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Nota and Anna Nota. He is survived by: his wife Thanida Wonghakaew; his daughters, Cathleen Kelly (Pat Hernandez) and Karen DeFalco; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexander and Shauna; his great grandchild Magnolia; his siblings, Carol Einkorn, Valerie Biondo (Jay) and Gary Nota (Rene); and his stepsons, William Silipone and Harry Silipone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and dear friends.
