He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Kampsen and H. Lucille Kampsen (Jennings). He is survived by: his wife Toni Kampsen; his daughters, Laurel Geis (George) and Holly Paulson (Casey); his grandchildren, Paul Richardson, Mack Paulson (Shelby), Tate Paulson, Audrey Geis, Kaylee Richardson, Sayde Paulson, Jasper Geis, Hazel Geis and George Geis; his great grandchildren, Norah and Eloise Paulson; his brother Kerry Kampsen (Kim); his nephew Jeff Kampsen (Rachel); and also Tara Richardson (Darryl).
