He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dowd and Helen Dowd (Dettloff). He is survived by: his wife Kathlyn; his children, Ken (Krista), Karrie (Michael Finley) and Kirk (Sigrid); his grandchildren, Evan, Conor, Marissa, Kathlyn and Annabel; and his siblings, Bill (Rosemary), Jim (Lois), Earl (Dolly), Norm (Diane) and Betty (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.
