He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond F. Rush, Sr. and Rose Rush (Rinderle); his son David Rush; and his brother Randy Rush. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Rush (Johnson); his children, John Rush (Chad) and Susan Nielsen (David); his daughter-in-law Marianne Rush; his sister Robin Rush Alderman (Rod); his sister-in-law Shelley Rush; and his grandchildren, Matthew Nielsen, Mark Nielsen, Emma Nielsen and Benjamin Rush. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
