She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phillips and Ethel Phillips; and her brother Roger Phillips (Faith). She is survived by: her spouse Bishop Wayne D. Parent; her children, Allen W. Parent (Desaree) and Janie Marie Kelp (Derrick); her grandchildren, Riley Claire Holmes (Griffin), Haley Kelp, Ella Parent, Gavin Wade Kelp, Preston Dexter Parent, Grayson Kelp and Winnie Lee Holmes; and her siblings, Bobby Phillips (Edee), Ronnie Phillips (Nancy), Debby Humphreys and Rick Phillips (Debi). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
