He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ford. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ford; his children, Thomas, Jr. Ford (Sara), Travis Ford (Michelle) and Keriann Meno (David); his grandchildren, Elleanna, T. J. "Travis", Theodore and Weston; his father Ralph Ford; and his brothers, Timothy Ford (Kathy) and Jeffrey Ford (Dee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
"Tom's legacy will endure through the people he helped, the athletic trainers he mentored, and the athletic training department he built."The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Ford's memory to the Tom Ford Athletic Training Room Endowment at Oakland University.
