He is survived by : his wife Sue Rushing; his daughter Angelique Rushing (Donny Espinoza); his stepson Travis Hurt (Emily); his grandchildren, Jazmyn Espinoza and Marcus Espinoza; his sisters, Brenda Fotheringham (Chuck) and Donna Ross (late Thomas Montgomery); his niece Jennifer Flewelling (Jerry); his nephew Erik Fotheringham (Sarah); his great-nephews, Zachary Flewelling and Danny Flewelling; and his great-niece Nola Fotheringham.
