She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred and Alice (MacNeil); her siblings, Bernice (Edward), Dorothy (Robert), Douglas (Vera), Wilfred (Elizabeth), Margaret (James) and Roderick (Fern); and her niece Janet Gardner.
She is survived by: her son Shannon Recely (Kate); and her grandchildren, Isabel and Charlie. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
