He was predeceased by: his father John Jacobson; and his grandparents, Henry and Jean Mekoski. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Jacobson (Gerry); his children, Melody and Gia; his brother Josh Jacobson (Livi); his close friend Andrea Gerard; his grandparents, Tom and Danya Wearn; his aunts and uncles, Terence Mekoski (Anna), Sandy Raymond (Brian) and Carrie Karpinski (Gary); his cousins, Meghan, Molly, Matt, Sabrina and Sammy; his extended family, Mary and Bob Tadeusiak; his aunt Rose Barger; and his stepmother Cheryl Jacobson. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pixley Funeral Home (322 W University Dr, Rochester, MI 48307). A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
