She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ruesink and Ruth Ruesink; her adoptive son Daryl Robert Bannab; and her brother Donald Ruesink. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Bradley Barnes; her children, Brenda Barnes Jamieson (Stuart), Karen Mitchell (Jay) and Doug Barnes (Susan); her foster children, Patti Laine (late Mike), Phillip Guadagni (Susan) and Vince Guadagni (Christine Conrad); her grandchildren, Andrew Barnes Jamieson, Rachel Barnes Jamieson, Adam Mitchell, Lucas Mitchell (Theresa), Justine Fedde (Kevin), Corianne Pulda (Nick), Cameron Barnes (Kate) and Hannah Barnes; her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Isabella, Avery, MacKenzie, Amos, Dexter, Hayden and Hudson; and her siblings, David Ruesink (Lou Ellen), Thomas Ruesink (Karen), Dorothy Johnson (John) and Paul Ruesink.
