She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Roy Kroth and Emma "Dollie" Kroth. She is survived by: her husband John Ball; her daughters, Jill Wills (Denis) and Julie Denby (Robert); her grandchildren, Sydney, Sienna, Scarlett, Logan, Lauren, Luke and Landon; her sisters, Janet Ramsey (Rick), Marilyn Kroth-Baca (Robert Baca) and Karen Hurst (David); and her nieces and nephews, Kurt, Bethaney, Marissa, Blake, Jeffrey, Lisa, Timothy, Connie and Mari Anne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home (2600 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Hugo of the Hills - Stone Chapel (2215 Opdyke Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that memorial Masses be offered in Eileen's honor or that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org) in her memory.
