He was predeceased by: his children, Kim Reed and Mark Reed. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Lynn Gaylord (James), Rhonda Guinn (Jack) and Tracy Burlak (Gary); his grandchildren, Larry Gaylord (Angela), Lyzz Burlak, Rachel Gaylord, Bridget Burlak, Genevieve Taylor, Ashlee Callahan (Michael), Cameron Hotra (Alexander), Adam Guinn (Carley), Aaron Guinn (Nicole), Nikolas Burlak (Kayla) and Cora Burlak; and his brothers-in-law, Max Lee (late Elaine), Donald Lee (Phyllis) and Dean Lee (Mary). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
