He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Traci Mitchell, Jill Evans (Jeff), Chris Mitchell (Kerry) and Scott Mitchell (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Blake, Josh, Ryan, Melody, Shelby and Misty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Care House at CareHouse.org, an organization that was close to Dick's heart.
