He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Miller and Ann Miller (McGee); his son Ken Miller; and his stepson David Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Miller; his children, Tom Miller (Suzanne), Jim Miller (Karen), Annette Miller, Paul Stokes (Susan), Teri Carroll (Jerry) and Todd Stokes; and his stepdaughter-in-law Janelle Stokes. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many longtime friends.
