He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his sisters, Eva and Noreen. He is survived by: his friends, Jamie and Ken; his daughters, Susan (Mike), Linda (Jeff), Tammy (Dan) and Kimberly; his grandchildren, John, Valerie, Benjamin, Rachel, Alec, Camila and Oliver; and his great grandchildren, Emmitt, Audrina, Jack and Levi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

Memorial contributions in Ken's honor may be made to the Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation or Leader Dogs for the Blind.
