She is survived by: her husband Walter Kowalczyk; her granddaughter Ashley; her sons, Thomas, Jeffrey and Gregory Kowalczyk; her children-in-law, Hannah, Krissy and Janis; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Taylor, Ryan (Sarah), Austin and Alexandra.
