She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Congdon and Sandra Congdon; her husband Bobby Weeks Jr.; her daughter Andrea Beeman; and her grandson Jaden Beeman.
She is survived by: her children, Josh Gallup and Angie VanDyke (Shaune); her grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Hunter Gallup, Jaxon Stevens, Brayden Weinert and Konnor VanDyke; and her sisters, Christy Mourer, Carey Jones (Ed) and Cally Van Dyk. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions in Cathy's memory may be made to her family to assist with final expenses.
