She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Pearl Spitler (McKinley) and Earl Levi Spitler. She is survived by: her husband William L. Osborne; her daughters, Tessa Elizabeth Osborne (Owais Hassan) and Talia Emilee Osborne; and her brothers, Jerry Spitler (Debby) and Dennis Spitler. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
