He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stephan and Wilma Stephan (VandenBerg); his sister Linda Jo; and his wife Wanda Marie Stephan (Glenn). He is survived by: his children, Rodney Allen Stephan and Nicole Alene Glasco (Thomas); his grandchildren, Arriana Guyton, Darian Stephan and Daveontae Glasco; and his siblings, Char Dykema (Ben), Jerry Stephan (Kate), Jan Stephan and Lori Meade. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Church (8331 Myers Lake Ave NE, Rockford, MI 49341). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Police Hall (1753 Alpine Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
