She is survived by: her mother Marian VanValkenburg (Randy VanValkenburg); her children, Suzannah Kristen Wise (Christopher L. Wise) and Christopher Andrew Simon (Caryn A. Simon); her grandson Jamison John Simon; her siblings, Linda D. Sandborn, Catherine A. Hurst (Dennis Hurst) and John M. Visser (Cindy Visser); and her stepbrothers, Lenny VanValkenburg, Rex VanValkenburg and Todd VanValkenburg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
