He was predeceased by: his wife Carolee Jean Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Dean Stephens (Marylou), Sally Reinke (Craig) and Brian Stephens (Cheryl); and his friend Gene Gilmore. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
