He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Howard Witte and John T. Shelton; and his great-grandparents, Jean Sheldon and Dorothy Hanks. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Steven Witte and Susan Elizabeth Witte (Shelton); his sisters, Laura Mills (Jackson), Catherine Campbell (P. J.) and Megan Lebbie (Ansumana); his nephews, James Campbell and Michael Mills; his niece Clara Lebbie; and his grandmothers, Eleanor Witte and Suzanne Shelton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Rockford United Methodist Church.
