With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Mazie (Rockford, Michigan), who passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mathew and Marjorie Marie Mazie; and his brothers, Samuel, Fred and Jim Mazie.
He is survived by: his close friend Erica Bohn; his daughters, Molly Cohen (Alex) and Audra Mazie; his stepdaughter Jennifer Newell (Matthew); his grandchildren, Theo Cohen, Olivia Tiderington and Jace Tiderington; his brother Paul Mazie (Rena); his friends, Dick Gates and Chipper; Emily Tiderington (Mike) and Sydney Jaenicke (Ty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Memorial contributions in Joe's honor may be made to Berlin Raceway to carry forward his legacy and love for racing.
