She is survived by: her children, Morgan Haack and Marissa Haack; her mother Mary Douthett; her siblings, Gary Douthett (Terri), Cindy Douthett (Scott Brundage) and Kristi Dochod-Ball (Tim); and her close friend Steve Gem. She is also survived by Her extended family, including several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
