She is survived by: her friend Melanie; her daughter Melanie Ann Cornell; her aunts, Laurie, Janet and Kendra; her son Jeffrey; her significant other Jeffrey TerBeek; her children, Brittney, Trevor, Lindsey and Claire TerBeek; her siblings, Ronald Cornell, Thomas Cornell (Katie) and Danielle Baldwin (Dean); and her stepmother Ann Cornell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
