He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Malone and Ginger Malone; his close friend Sheryl "Sherri" Nelson; and his wife Laura Diaz Malone. He is survived by: his significant other Daisy; his siblings, Mitchell Malone of Newaygo, Michigan and Janet Mast (Lynwood) of White Cloud; his nieces, Jill Drury (John), Marlo Mast and Dana Suttle (Joseph); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Jordan, Carson and Trevor; his former wife Glenna Malone; his grandchildren, Isaac, Ellie, Liza and Lola; Lauryn and Morghan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honorary donations be made to the Bellwether Foundation or the Newaygo County Animal Shelter in honor of Mike's lifelong community service and love for animals.
