He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Polise and Jo Ann Polise. He is survived by: his children, Alexandria (Jacob) and Vincent (Gabby); his granddaughters, Miriam and Gertrude; his siblings, Tony (Sheryl), Paul and Linda; and his siblings' children, Jessica (Joe), Matthew, Amanda (Axel), Anthony Jr. (Macy), Aaron, Daniel, Katie, Amber, Brooke and Molly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:15 AM at the Pederson Funeral Home (127 N Monroe St, Rockford, MI 49341). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Rockford Cemetery (240 S Lincoln St, Rockford, MI 49341).
