He is survived by: his parents, Dorrance Phillips and Shellie Phillips; his siblings, Isabella and Timothy Phillips; his grandmothers, Sandra Lolling and Norma Blackstone; his aunts, Krissy Fagan and Heather Denson; and his uncle Jay Finch. He is also survived by many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and beloved friends.
