We are sad to announce that, on April 20, 2026, at the age of 49, Patrick H. Zondervan of Rockford, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gary Zondervan; and his father-in-law J. Michael Ploeg. He is survived by: his mother Mavis Zondervan (Assink); his wife Melinda; his brother Nathan Zondervan (Melissa); his mother-in-law Marlene Ploeg; his in-laws, Mike Ploeg, Marci Smigiel (Jim) and Melanie Richardson (Dave); and his pet Poppy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to a fund for his children's education.
